lovely day

it is indeed a lovely day. i managed to get this saturday off of work and what better way to start the day off then drinking a cup of coffee on the front porch, guitar in hand. i learned a new, beautiful song on the guitar last night and couldn't wait to play it this morning. the sun was shining and the air was warm and there was a crisp cool wind blowing. love love love the new song and the new warm weather! unfortunately its supposed to get cold again in the next few days. boo. but heres the song which will keep me feeling warm:

but first i should finish the book i started last summer called its kind of a funny story.

sushi love

so i am dying for some sushi. it has been entirely too long since my last sushi dinner. it seems in this closeminded town, nobody eats sushi and i have no one to eat it with me :(

time for change...

in may i am moving out of my apartment and into a house. im so excited but i need to figure out how i want to paint my room and everything. my room is pretty small so i want to keep it simple, classy and elegant.


also, there is no light in the ceiling or anything so i am trying to figure out some cool way to light up my room and this caught my attention.


i have also considered white walls with black trim.
