It has definetley been a LONG time since ive been able to get on here and update this thing! ive missed it very much.. heres a few things new

1. i quit my job at ihop and now im working at the country club which is much better money and a much better environment which im super excited about. i did the training and everything and next week i will start reg business!

2. i have a boyfriend!! who knew? last weekend we went to downtown indy for his birthday and did all kinds of fun stuff like going to museums and the mall and movie and all that jazz.. we saw some really cool stuff but i accidentally forgot my camera so i have no pictures to share- sorry :(

3. i finished painting my room- finally. i started this a long time ago and just never finished and for some reason the other day i just got really motivated to finish it and so i did. here is a picture i took of my beautiful wall art.



4. taylor swift [whom i absolutely adore] is on the cover of the rolling stone mag! how cool- im proud of her! she is so young and so talented and beautiful! this is one of her new songs which i love.

5. i had a real authentic dinner the other night! i have these friends from Oman named hakim and jihad. Hakim made this rice stuff with lamb in it.. it was soooo good! it was kinda fun cause we layed down newspaper on the floor and then foil on top of that and they just put the food on the foil and you eat it off the floor/foil with your hands. it was a little spicy and it was amazing! Afterwords we played card games and then hakim showed me all these pictures he took in oman and they were beautiful.. theres the sand and the beach yet there is also lots of trees and forests. LOTS OF MOUNTAINS! very very pretty.

6. i discovered a new game to play with apples to apples cards... my friends and i were sitting at my house bored watching a commercial advertizing the ellen show and she was playing pictionary with ac slater and we all decided we wanted to play pictionary so we just used the noun cards from apples to apples! it was brilliant! some of them were really hard like "frank sinatra" and "princess diana" and "oral surgery" so we decided you could draw 3 cards only and you got to pick between them which one to do. it worked out really well we played until 4 oclock in the morning!!

so that is pretty much all thats new i guess- im sitting at my parents house, relaxing and enjoying everybody's presence. i think im going to go read a little bit and then fall asleep so have a good night!!

Alright again, it has been a few days since ive had a chance to update this thing so im going to update it all in one post.. or try to anyways.
FIRST TOPIC: Stewart
so i think that something was wrong with stewart from getting attacked by that python because he only lived a few days after. He died two days ago :( so i called over a few friends that knew stewart and we had a little funeral for him. This here is the song that i picked for his funeral.

Second Topic: Country Road Trip
Yesterday morning, i woke up real early and me and this guy went out driving around in the country just looking at all these national parks and things. I got some really great pictures and it was a lot of fun just listening to music and driving around in the country. We had to go early in the morning because i had to work at 3 but it worked out really well and the weather was amazing. At one point we stopped because we saw this wild pig runnin through this little field. The crazy part is that we stopped the car, the pig ran right up to the car and stood there lookin at us waiting for us to drive away. We obviously didn't get outta the car or anything because it probably would have eaten us, but i managed to get a picture of it.

This here is my new pet rat.. my friend dillon has this pet python ok, well he bought this rat to feed the python and the python wouldn't eat the rat. He like suffocated it and bit it and stuff and then he just stopped so this rat lived in the snakes cage for 3 days before i came to rescue it. i want to go buy him one of those hamster balls and let him run around the house haha. anyways i think hes super cute, dont you?

so i hadn't really talked to my mom for a few days so i called her this morning. while we talked about everything i was playin a little guitar cause if im not doing something when im on the phone then i'll just walk around my house in circles aimlessly.. idk why i do this but i do. So- since she can hear me in the background playin she asked me to play some fleet foxes (my all time fav band right now). I played the song Tiger Mountain Peasant Song and i sang along. she loved it and asked me to record it for her and send it to her so i did. Here it is::

So it has been a few days since ive been able to update my blog- so sorry.. I've been super busy.. This weekend was really fun though. Friday my cousin was in town so we went out to a party and then saturday was my friend Lakin's birthday and so a group of us went ice skating in Indy and then out to eat. It was awesome. And afterwords we all drove back to terre haute and partied it up a bit. Then on Sunday was the superbowl. Also, I've been reading this book a friend gave me called 'the soloist'. It is good so far but im only on chapter 6 cause i haven't really had much time to sit and read. There is a movie about it coming out in the spring though! Here is the preview...
